High pole lights are commonly used in many places during the production process. The manufacturers of high pole lights primarily target the social market, and these lights can be utilized in various public environments. However, some consumer groups may not be very familiar with what high pole lights are.
When manufacturing these products, they are generally designed to be of adjustable height. Ordinary high pole lights typically maintain a height of around 18 meters, and operation via electric lifting is very convenient. Once the light fixture reaches the working position, it can automatically detach from the mounting, and even complete tasks such as lowering or dismantling steel cables.
If adjustable high pole lights are effectively designed, manufacturers can consider both manual and electric modes during actual production. This way, the light fixture can safely and reliably lower to a height of 2.5 meters above the ground, facilitating maintenance and installation while also making it easier to repair the entire product.
The manual remote control system’s lead is approximately 10 meters long. Manufacturers will customize the length of the high pole light according to each client’s requirements. The operator can operate from a distance of 5 meters using the remote control. During remote operation, safety considerations for the operator are paramount. This method may involve providing a spare cable, allowing the light fixture to descend to its lowest position. The entire cable is inserted into the electrical control system socket, while the other end connects to the light fixture’s junction box, ensuring adequate power supply for maintenance work on the high pole light fixture.
