The embedded foundation components should be placed in the center of the foundation pit (ensure that the embedded parts, foundation, and original ground are at the same level or that the top of the screws aligns with the original ground level, with one side parallel to the road; this ensures the lamp pole stands straight). Then, place one end of the PVC pipe at the location of the battery box, with the other end protruding approximately 750px through the upper fixing plate of the embedded part from the original ground. Use C20 concrete to fill tightly. During pouring, use a vibration pump to ensure the concrete is evenly mixed and stable, smoothing the entire cement surface.

Notes:


A. Before pouring, seal both ends of the PVC pipe with plastic or cloth to prevent concrete from getting inside and causing blockages.


B. The viscosity of the concrete should be appropriate, neither too thin nor too thick;


C. The amount of incoming concrete should be adequate for the number of workers to avoid excessive waiting times that could impact the quality of the foundation pour;


D. Preparations should be made before pouring the foundation pit, such as checking its height and the presence of debris. If there are pipelines, they should be reported in advance for proper management;


E. After construction, promptly clean up the residual mud on the positioning plate and use waste oil to clean the impurities from the bolts, or wrap tape around the screws before embedding;


F. During the curing process of the concrete, regular watering is necessary until the concrete is fully set (usually 4-7 days) before installing the lamps;
