The second is a break in the internal connection wire of the solar street light, which prevents current from passing through the LED, resulting in total light failure.
To prevent solar street light failures, consider the following methods:
1. Prevent static electricity
For solar street lights, static electricity is very dangerous and can have severe consequences. Any issue in the production process can lead to LED damage or permanent failure. The static electricity in the human body can reach around 3000V, which is sufficient to damage the LED chip. Therefore, a scientifically designed grounding system must be implemented on the LED packaging production line.
2. Use automatic soldering equipment whenever possible
If manual soldering is necessary, the temperature during the process must be strictly controlled. High temperatures can also lead to light failure. Using a regular soldering iron, temperatures above 300-400°C can sometimes cause failures if not managed properly.
