Solar Garden Lights
are widely used in various slow lanes and are commonly applied in road settings. Their presence represents the city, whether it be elegant, fashionable, or retro. Through a solar garden light, one can observe the development status of the city.
The
installation
of solar garden lights is crucial; it is necessary not to damage the road construction and to ensure a rational layout. The installation personnel should carefully review the instructions provided by the supplier. The
selection of locations
for solar garden lights should be in open, sunlit areas, free from obstructions blocking sunlight. Additionally, it is essential to check if the foundation is damp; if so, a different location should be chosen to avoid potential water ingress and short-circuiting of the solar battery.
Below are the installation steps for solar garden lights:
1. Digging the light foundation pit and battery well: Based on the drawings, dig the foundation pit and battery well for the streetlight at the designated location.
2. Pouring the streetlight foundation: Prepare the metal components according to the streetlight foundation layout, excavating a pit of the corresponding size for the metal components.
3. If there are any uncertainties, refer to the drawings or consult your supplier. After installation, conduct inspections to ensure accuracy. Once the solar garden light test is confirmed to be functioning correctly, it can be used.
4. Battery well: Must meet insulation depth requirements, and the conduit connected to the streetlight foundation should match without discrepancies.
It is important to note that the concrete strength grade should not be less than C20, and the cable conduit within the foundation should penetrate the center and extend 30 to 50 mm beyond the foundation plane. Remove any standing water from the pit before pouring the reinforced concrete foundation. The longitudinal center line of the fixture installation should coincide with the longitudinal center line of the light arm. The horizontal line of the fixture should be parallel to the ground; after securing, there should be no noticeable tilt. Wires through the light arm, light disk, and light pole should not have joints, and the wire holes or pipe openings should be smooth and free from burrs, utilizing insulating sleeves or wrappings, with a wrap length not less than 200 mm.
