Solar Garden Lights
During the installation process, it is essential to pay attention as omitting or forgetting any steps will directly affect the lighting effectiveness. Solar garden lights feature battery components, where the blue wire core indicates the negative terminal, and the red wire core indicates the positive terminal. This rule applies to solar streetlight wiring. Use a 1500px wide air film mat wrapped around the lamp post component, with the compression section being one-sixth of its width (i.e., 250px). The air film mat joints need to be wrapped with distant power tape for three circles, and then tied with hemp rope with a spacing of 100±10mm. The sheath wire at the lower end of the lamp post component should be stripped to approximately 200mm, and then the solar battery component sheath wire ends should be marked with “Solar Battery Component,” ensuring that the label is clear and not easily detachable.
The solar garden light will connect the prepared solar battery component wires to the battery component ends. Use wire strippers to strip off 30mm of wire insulation. Pass the wire core through a fine iron wire hook, fold it back, and tighten the wire core. Then, secure the wire core and the fine iron wire with insulating tape. Pull the iron wire at the top of the lamp post to bring out the component wire, leaving a surplus of 500mm to 1000mm. After coiling the component wire at the bottom of the lamp post, use a 200mm nylon zip tie to secure it and place it within the lamp post, fixing the component wire at the top of the lamp post. The solar battery component sheath wire typically consists of two wires; therefore, when pre-threading iron wires, two should be threaded first, and then each sheath wire can be passed through. After threading each solar battery component sheath wire, immediately label and secure the upper end.
