A few days ago, Bitpott organized a day trip to Zhuhai for all employees as a relaxing activity. The destination for this outing was the famous seaside area—Zhuhai Fisher Girl, known for its beautiful sea and sunny weather.
Mr. Luo, the business manager of Bitpott, stated that the spring outing in 2018 officially commenced on April 1. This initiative aims to adhere to the “people-oriented” business philosophy of Bitpott. While striving for breakthroughs in performance, it is also essential to improve productivity and efficiency in production. Every employee at Bitpott also needs opportunities to relieve stress and relax. Therefore, timely motivation for employees is very necessary.
On the morning of April 1, under the bright sunlight, the colleagues from the company boarded the travel bus with anticipation and joy, heading to the destination. Everyone chatted and laughed on the bus, enjoying the cheerful atmosphere. Shortly, they arrived at this desirable travel spot.
The first stop was a visit to Zhuhai Fisher Girl. Located on the scenic shores of Xianglu Bay, there stands a giant stone sculpture—the Zhuhai Fisher Girl. She is adorned with a pearl necklace, holding a fishing net, with her pant legs rolled up. With her hands raised high, she holds a crystal-clear pearl, exhibiting excitement at the treasure while also displaying a sense of shyness, symbolizing brightness to the world and contributing treasures to humanity. This fisher girl sculpture has become a symbol of Zhuhai City. Today, all Bitpott employees were fortunate to witness her presence, marveling at the greatness of human wisdom and artistic creativity.
To ensure that we have a great time during our trip, the company allowed us some free time for activities after a brief rest. Some colleagues strolled along Lover’s Road, feeling the sea breeze and admiring the magnificent sea; the wind blew the waves against the rocks, composing a passionate melody welcoming people’s admiration for this seaside attraction. Some colleagues walked on the sandy beach at the seaside resort, feeling the cool sea water sneak up to their feet, allowing them to forget the scorching sun of April, reminiscent of the scenes depicted in childhood songs about sunshine, beaches, and cacti.
Underneath the recreational area by the sea, red umbrellas provided shade. Colleagues enjoyed coconut juice, relishing the stolen moments of leisure.
The second stop was the Coastal Park. The park features shaded paths and a serene environment, integrating mountain and sea views. The company organized all members to play games on the lawn, enhancing communication and camaraderie among colleagues. The game was called “Colorful Chain Cannon”:

Participants were arranged alternately by gender, with male colleagues taking the lead in challenges. In a relay format, the first colleague would run to a designated spot to blow up a balloon until it burst, then run back to tag the next colleague. This continued for two minutes, counting the number of balloons burst to determine the score.
The purpose of this activity is to challenge psychological limits and enhance trust and cooperation among colleagues.
Colleagues expressed that the company-organized trip has liberated them from their busy work, achieving a balance between work and relaxation. This not only benefits the physical and mental health of employees but also fosters interests. Furthermore, it motivates employees to approach their work with a spirited attitude, ready to embrace new challenges! This travel activity allowed everyone to appreciate the beautiful landscapes of our homeland, broadening their horizons while providing opportunities for interaction and collaboration, thus enhancing teamwork.
This trip not only allowed participants to experience the stunning natural scenery of Zhuhai, enjoying the joy and relaxation of traveling, but also made them feel the warmth and care from the company.
