2. Before hoisting the lamp pole, check whether all the fasteners are secure, whether the lamp head is properly installed, and whether the light source operates normally. Then conduct a simple test of the system’s functionality; disconnect the solar panel connection wire from the controller to observe if the light source works. Reconnect the solar panel wire and the light should turn off; carefully observe the changes in the indicator lights on the controller. Once everything is normal, you can proceed with the installation.
3. During the lifting of the main lamp pole, take precautions. Ensure that the screws are tightened properly. If the angle of the solar panel is off, adjustments must be made to ensure it faces directly south.
4. Place the battery inside the battery box and connect the wires to the controller according to technical requirements. First, connect the battery, then the load, and finally the solar panel. When wiring, ensure that the connections correspond to the terminals indicated on the controller, and avoid reversing the positive and negative polarities; otherwise, the controller may be damaged.
5. Test if the system operates normally; disconnect the solar panel wire on the controller to light the lamp. Then reconnect the solar panel wire to turn the lamp off again; carefully observe the changes in the indicator lights on the controller. Only when everything is normal should the control box be sealed properly.
