has achieved good applications in rural road construction. The stability of the LED solar streetlight largely depends on the anti-corrosion, aging resistance, moisture-proof, and impact resistance of the solar panels. To ensure the reliability of the
rural LED solar streetlight
installation project, the following requirements must be met when installing the LED solar streetlight:
1. The glass of the solar panel should have a thickness of 3.2mm and a transmittance of over 91% with low iron tempered glass.
2. The solar panel EVA should have high transmittance and anti-aging ability, using a thickness of 0.5mm quality EVA layer that is added with anti-UV agents, anti-oxidants, and curing agents as the sealant for the solar cell and the bonding agent between the glass and TPT.
3. TPT should use white fluoroplastic film to ensure the generation efficiency of the entire panel and have good infrared emissivity. Additionally, it must meet the basic requirements of aging resistance, corrosion resistance, and impermeability during application.
4. The frame of the solar panel should have high strength and resistance to mechanical impact to ensure the good application of the entire solar panel.
Currently, the packaging structure of the solar panels for LED solar streetlights mainly consists of a glass-EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer)-solar cell-EVA-TPT membrane stacking structure. Wires, junction boxes, edge sealing strips, and aluminum frames are assembled subsequently. Therefore, it is essential to strictly require the parameters of the solar panels for the installation of LED solar streetlights to achieve reliable road lighting during application.
