Households Photovoltaic Power Generation Systems
have a design lifespan of over 20 years, exhibit a low failure rate, and can operate automatically once installed and commissioned.
Regarding the operation of household photovoltaic systems, manufacturers can provide some suggestions:
If you wish to stop the system’s operation, please follow these steps (generally disconnect AC first and then DC):
1. First, disconnect the grid connection circuit breaker inside the grid access cabinet;
2. Next, disconnect the DC side switch of the inverter;
3. Disconnect the DC circuit breaker inside the DC combiner box (if applicable).
When you wish to restart the power generation system, please follow these steps:
1. First, ensure that the DC voltage for each branch in the DC combiner box is correct before closing the DC circuit breaker within the combiner box (if applicable). For example, if using a 240W polycrystalline solar panel, the open-circuit voltage of each panel is 36.6V. If 10 panels are connected in series, the open-circuit voltage for the string should be around 350V.
2. Next, close the grid connection circuit breaker inside the grid access cabinet;
3. Then, close the DC side switch of the inverter;
4. Finally, start the inverter self-check, and the system will begin generating power.
Note: Ensure to avoid accidents related to high-altitude work, and wear appropriate safety gear and insulated tools during operation.
