Visually inspect for gaps between the frame assembly and ensure the corners are even and form 90-degree angles.
3. Function: Place the solar panel under standard bright light and measure its open-circuit voltage and short-circuit current to ensure they meet relevant specifications. Then calculate whether its power meets the required specifications.
4. Safety: Using an insulation resistance tester, connect the two probes to the output leads and the metal frame of the component. Start the instrument and check whether the insulation resistance reaches the requirement of 200M Ω.
5. Inspect the pulling force of the wires behind the panel: Secure the panel and installed junction box, then apply a tensile force of 89N to the wire for one minute. There should be no looseness, solder joint detachment, or damage, and the connection should be intact and sealed.
6. Packaging: Check whether the product model label is correct, whether all accessories are complete, if protective measures are in place, and if they are effective. Inspect whether the printing on the exterior box, both front and side, is neat and accurate, and whether the packing straps are tightened properly.
