The material selection for the lamp post should prioritize high-quality low-carbon steel, with a silicon content not exceeding 0.04%. The steel is formed in one bend using a large bending machine, with a straightness deviation not exceeding 0.05%. The wind resistance of the lamp post is designed for a wind speed of 36.9 m/s, capable of withstanding seismic intensity of 8. The total height of the post is X meters, with an upper diameter of X mm, a lower diameter of X mm, and a wall thickness of X mm. The base of the lamp post is equipped with a flange, with the installation hole distance of the flange being X, fixed to the foundation using anchor bolts. The bottom of the pole features an electrical door that contains a lift mechanism and electrical devices. The edges of the electrical door are welded with a frame to compensate for strength loss after the door opens. The electrical door cover has a waterproof ring to prevent rainwater intrusion. The top of the post is equipped with a pulley assembly, limit switch, hook device, rain cover, and lightning rod, all integrated with the lamp post. The lamp head can be lowered to the ground for maintenance and repairs. A special fully enclosed worm gear reducer is used, requiring no lubrication or maintenance throughout its operational lifespan. There is a locking device on the input shaft of the worm gear for locking during non-operational status.
