1. Installation of the solar panel:
Determine the angle of the solar panel based on local orientation to ensure it faces south. Once determined, use 40*40 galvanized angle steel to weld the support bracket, which is fixed to the side wall with expansion screws. Weld an 8MM diameter reinforcing bar, 1 to 2 meters in length, onto the bracket, connecting the bracket to the lightning protection system on the rooftop.
Next, drill holes in the bracket and use Φ8MM or Φ6MM stainless steel screws to fix the solar panel onto the bracket.
2. Installation of the battery:
First, check the packaging of the battery for any damage, then open it and carefully inspect each battery for integrity and check the manufacturing date.
The voltage of the installed battery is DC12V, 80AH, with two batteries of the same model and specifications connected in series to provide 24V power. Dig a buried box pit sizing it to match the courtyard light base, with a depth of 700MM, length of 600MM, and width of 550MM. Place the two batteries into the buried box, then seal the outlet with sealant, using a steel wire to secure the water supply pipe. Once the other end of the protective pipe is drawn out, seal it with silicone sealant to prevent water ingress.
Ensure proper and secure connections between the batteries with correct polarity. Once the battery pack is connected, securely link the positive and negative terminals of the battery pack to the corresponding positive and negative terminals of the power controller. Use single brick cement to surround the exposed wire pipe and cover it with a cement slab.
