However, improper installation or the absence of waterproof treatment on the circuit board of the controller can result in rainwater pooling and flowing into the controller through the external wiring of the terminals, causing a short circuit.
Therefore, during installation, we should ensure that the internal connection wires of the controller’s terminals are bent into a “U” shape and fixed in place. The external wiring should also be secured in a “U” shape to prevent rainwater from causing a short circuit. Alternatively, applying waterproof glue at the interfaces of internal and external wires can help prevent water ingress.
