Rural LED Solar Street Lamps
illuminate the path home for wanderers. They can sense when it gets dark and turn on automatically, as well as detect daylight and turn off. How can they sense so accurately? This is due to the solar street lamp controller. So, how should one design the lighting time for solar street lamps?
Solar street lamps are pre-set with operational times based on customer requirements at the factory. The on and off times of the solar street lamps are determined by their controllers, which are mostly located inside the housing. The controller has both manual and remote adjustment options; those with external adjustment buttons can be manually adjusted, but most available in the market currently use remote control adjustment. To adjust the working time of such controllers, a remote control is required.
The design of the lighting time for solar street lamps also depends on the type of controller used.
1. The load mode uses pure lamp control. The light sensor system will automatically activate when it detects darkness, with the lighting time controlled by a microprocessor and specialized control algorithms for intelligent operation.
2. A scientific battery management method is employed. In the case of over-discharge, the battery voltage prompts charging and can return to normal use after maintenance. Direct charging and float charging connections are made to charging batteries, also featuring high-precision temperature compensation to ensure more accurate control of the charge.
3. The charging circuit utilizes dual MOS series control loops to reduce voltage loss compared to using diodes, resulting in nearly half the charge. PWM energy-saving control dramatically increases efficiency.
4. All industrial-grade chips and enclosed components operate correctly in cold, high-temperature, and humid environments. Quartz time control is used to enhance the accuracy of time management.
The above discusses how to design lighting time for solar street lamps. Additionally, check if the solar street lamp controller is waterproof; generally, waterproof controllers do not have a digital display function.
