LED Courtyard Light
is a type of outdoor lighting fixture that uses new LED semiconductor technology as the light source, typically referring to outdoor road lighting fixtures below 6 meters in height. The main components consist of: LED light source, lighting fixture, lamp post, flange plate, and foundation embedded parts.
The LED light source system includes: heat dissipation, light distribution, and LED module.
Lighting fixture: The LED light emitting system is installed inside the lighting fixture. For the wiring, take 1.0mm red and black copper wire with multiple strands, cut into six segments of 40mm, strip both ends by 5mm, and tin them. For the LED circuit board leads, take a two-core YC2X1.0mm wire, cut a segment of 700mm, strip off the outer skin by 60mm on the inner end, strip the brown wire by 5mm, and tin it; strip the blue wire by 5mm and tin it. For the outer end, strip the outer skin by 80mm, strip the brown wire by 20mm, and strip the blue wire by 20mm.
Lamp post: The main materials for the LED courtyard lamp post include: uniform diameter steel pipe, non-uniform steel pipe, uniform diameter aluminum pipe, cast aluminum lamp post, and aluminum alloy lamp post. Common diameters are Φ60, Φ76, Φ89, Φ100, Φ114, Φ140, and Φ165. Depending on the height and the place of use, the selected material thickness is divided into: wall thickness of 2.5, wall thickness of 3.0, and wall thickness of 3.5 mm (the above are standard sizes).
Flange plate and foundation embedded parts: The flange plate is an important component for mounting the LED courtyard lamp post to the ground.
