Solar Street Light System
The solar street light system consists of several components including solar panels, solar energy controllers, battery packs, light sources, lamp poles, and lamp housings. Batteries are generally sealed gel batteries, known for their low maintenance, thus referred to as “maintenance-free batteries,” which helps reduce maintenance costs for the system. The charge and discharge controller features light control, time control, overcharge protection, over-discharge protection, and reverse connection protection functions.

Mechanism Design for Tilt Angle Adjustment
To achieve the requirement of seasonal adjustment of the tilt angle, the main body consists of a rectangular plate measuring 530mm*350mm*30mm. The plate is pre-drilled with two pin holes of 20mm in diameter. Above the main plate is a support section that bears the weight of the solar panel, which measures 520mm*340mm. The movement adjustment mechanism is constructed with a sleeve, movable pin, and handle, functioning through manual extension and contraction utilizing internal and external threads, allowing for an adjustable angle ranging from 26.6 degrees to 41.7 degrees.

Mechanism Design for Horizontal Rotation
The horizontal rotation device of the battery panel consists of five parts: shaft, bevel gears, bearings, keys, and control handle. By rotating the control handle, two intersecting standard straight bevel gears at 90 degrees change the transmission direction and bear the torque to rotate the solar panel.

Main Body Design
The main body features two lamps for bidirectional lighting, with space underneath for signage placement, which can also be configured as bus stop signs or weather reporting signs. The top consists of the tilt angle adjustment device, and below it is the horizontal rotation device.
