【Principle】: As long as the light reaches a certain level of darkness, LED solar street lights will automatically turn on and illuminate, which is not limited by time but only relates to the intensity of light.
【How to Judge】: The LED solar street light is primarily controlled by the controller. The controller usually has a light control point (control point) voltage of around 3V. When sunlight is weak, the voltage of the solar panel will gradually drop from the normal 17.5V or 35V to 0V at dark. When it falls below 3V, the controller will receive the signal for darkness and will delay for a period of time (this delay can be set to prevent false signals due to temporary drops in voltage, such as when a cloud passes suddenly during the day). After the delay, if the voltage remains below 3V, the controller concludes it is dark and will connect the battery and the light source, completing the circuit and illuminating the light.
Conversely, the transition from dark to light works as follows: Before dawn, the battery and lamp are connected, allowing the lamp to illuminate while the solar panel is disconnected from the battery, forming an open circuit. As the day begins, the light intensity increases, and the voltage sensed by the solar panel also gradually rises. When it exceeds the light control voltage of 3V, the controller will enter a delay period for assessment. After this delay, if the voltage remains greater than or equal to 3V, the controller judges that it is light and disconnects the battery and light source circuit, reconnecting the solar panel and battery for charging and discharging.
