High Mast Lights
are products that many people may not fully understand during their design and use. So, how much do you know about high mast lights?
(1) In fact,
high mast lights
typically have a diameter ranging from 100 to 150. If the lower diameter of the high mast light is 500, then the diameter of the embedded part is approximately between 600 and 650. This defines the standard size for high mast lights.
(2) The height of the high mast light is roughly 1/10 of the pole’s height. For example, the height of the embedded part for a 25-meter pole is around 2.5 meters.
(3) When using
high mast lights
, it is essential to dig a hole for the depth, which should be about 1/7 of the lamp pole’s height. If the pole is 25 meters tall, the digging depth would be approximately 3.5 meters. In the case of a 15-meter pole, calculations based on 1/8 or 1/9 may result in a greater depth, so we must pay attention to this.
(4) Currently, for embedded parts exceeding 15 meters, all equipment should be equipped with various flanges or other embedded components to prevent deformation. Generally, a decoration of 6 to 8 centimeters is sufficient during this process, and there may be wiring holes with a diameter of 150 to 200, allowing for proper usage.
(5) The digging depth for the entire high mast light is typically 3 to 4 times the standard depth of the embedded part. For instance, if the diameter of the embedded part is 700, the width of the digging should be around 2100.
