Commonly used LED high mast lights are generally applied in urban squares, parks, stations, docks, freight yards, highways, stadiums, and overpasses. Below, the manufacturer will provide detailed information about high mast lights:
1. The light pole is an octagonal or twelve-sided conical structure made from high-strength steel plate that has been cut, bent, and welded automatically. Common heights include specifications of 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, and 40 meters. The poles are designed to withstand high winds of up to 60 m/s, and each specification consists of 3 to 4 segments. It is equipped with a flange steel base with a diameter of 1 to 1.2 meters, and a thickness of 30 mm to 40 mm.
2. The framework mainly focuses on efficiency and is primarily made from decorative materials such as steel tubing and pipes. The light poles and light disks are treated with hot-dip galvanizing.
3. The electric lifting system consists of an electric motor, a winch, three sets of hot-dip galvanized control steel wire ropes, and cables. It is installed inside the light pole, with a lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4. The guide and unloading mechanism consists of guide wheels and guide arms, ensuring that the light disk does not move laterally during the lifting and lowering process, and that it can be locked in place when returned to its position.
5. The lighting equipment includes 6 to 24 lamps of 400W to 1000W metal halide (white light), spotlight, and floodlight fixtures. The computer timer can automatically control the lighting on and off schedules for partial or full illumination.
6. Lightning protection system: A 1.5-meter lightning rod is installed at the top of the light, and a 1-meter ground wire is connected to an underground bolt.
