1. Check the components of the
solar street light system
for any issues, such as bumps or damage, and ensure the wiring is secure. Clean the threaded joints of the ground anchors and assemble the street light system—fix the solar panel to the solar panel bracket and connect the wiring (pay attention to polarity), pass the wires and secure them to the lamp post, install the head wiring on the lamp arm and fix it to the lamp post. The connection wire between the lamp head and the solar component should extend 20 centimeters beyond the wiring point of the lamp post.
2. Prepare for lifting. Carefully check that all fasteners are tightened and that the head orientation is correct. Only proceed with lifting installation according to the safety operation procedures if everything is normal (safety must be prioritized).
During the lifting process, be sure to pay attention to the orientation of the solar component and head, ensuring that the solar component is vertically positioned to allow sunlight to shine directly on the solar panel during peak sunlight. Lift and secure the lamp post while ensuring that the post remains vertical.
3. Connect the wiring. At this stage, be sure to follow the instruction manual, as requirements may vary among different controllers.
