1. High mast lights feature poles that are either octagonal or dodecagonal in shape. Made from high-strength quality steel plates, they are processed into shape through automatic bending and welding. Typically, they come in heights of 25 meters, 30 meters, and 35 meters, designed to withstand strong winds with a maximum resistance of approximately 60 meters per second. Each specification is designed with 3 to 4 sections, with diameters ranging from 0.98 to 1.2 meters and thicknesses between 25 to 40 millimeters.
2. The functionality of high mast lights is primarily based on a frame structure. They include additional decorative materials, and the poles or lamp plates are often treated with hot-dip galvanization.
3. The electric lifting system of all high mast lights consists of electric motors, hot-dip galvanized plates, control ropes, cables, and other components, allowing for a lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4. All high mast lights are equipped with guiding systems, which may include guide wheels or guide walls. These are designed to ensure that the lamp plate does not move laterally during use. When the lamp plate reaches a certain height, it can automatically detach and be securely locked by a hook.
5. The lighting electrical system typically includes between 6 to 24 lamps, ensuring comprehensive illumination coverage.
