When solar street lights leave the factory, their operating time is generally set according to customer requirements. The startup and shutdown times for solar street lights are determined by the streetlight controller. Most controllers are installed inside the light door, while our company’s lithium battery storage and control integrated machines are mostly installed at the bottom of the solar panels. The controller can be adjusted separately with a remote control, and an external adjustment key can be used for manual adjustment. However, most controllers on the market are currently adjusted via remote control. To modify the working time, this type of controller must be equipped with a remote control.
How to adjust the time of solar street lights also depends on the type of controller.
1. Load mode is controlled by pure light. When dim light is sensed, the light-sensing system automatically turns on. The lighting time is achieved through a microprocessor and special control algorithms for intelligent control.
2. The charging circuit uses a bimetal oxide semiconductor series control loop to reduce the voltage loss of the circuit to nearly half that of a diode, employing pulse width modulation for energy-saving control, significantly increasing power consumption.
3. A scientific battery management model. When over-discharging occurs, the battery voltage promotes charging. This typically occurs after maintenance compensation. Direct charging and floating charging are used for connecting rechargeable batteries, while high-precision temperature compensation controls the charging process.
4. All industrial chips and enclosed components of solar street lights operate normally in cold, high-temperature, humid, and other environments. Additionally, crystal time control is used to ensure more precise time control.
