Determining sheath wire length: Measure the required lengths of each sheath wire from the total assembly drawing of the solar courtyard lights. For solar panel sheath wire, leave enough extra length where it connects to the solar panel, with the other end needing to reach the flange bottom. For light source sheath wire, leave sufficient excess at the connection end, with the other end also needing to reach the flange bottom.
