With the advancement of science and technology, solar street lights have been widely used in rural road construction. They are energy-efficient, environmentally friendly, green, clean, safe, and durable. However, after the installation of solar street lights, there are instances where they do not light up. The main reason for this issue is that the lithium battery of the solar street light activates its automatic protection function, which requires us to activate the solar lithium battery. Below, we will discuss the activation method.
First, disconnect the LED light source and only connect the solar panel to see if the indicator light is green. If the indicator light of the solar lithium battery is green, we can proceed to the next step.
Next, reconnect the LED light source and check if the light source is on. If it is not, check if the indicator light of the solar lithium battery is green. If it is green, disconnect the solar panel and only connect the LED light source wire. If the solar street light is on and the indicator light of the solar lithium battery shows red, this indicates that the solar lithium battery is activated normally, and then reconnect the solar panel.
The above is the activation method for the solar intelligent street light lithium battery. However, as the solar system consists of an LED light source, solar panel, and solar battery, the malfunction after the installation of the solar street light may also be due to issues with the LED light source or solar panel.
