LED high pole lights are familiar lighting products.
The installation of LED high pole lights is widely applied. As the name suggests, these lights have very tall poles. So, how do we identify the quality of street light poles? Today, we will discuss how to determine the quality of LED high pole light poles.
First, check the craftsmanship of the street light pole. Look to see if the welding joints are seamless, whether the surface is smooth and uniform, and whether the spray coating color is consistent. Street light poles are usually hot-dip galvanized and powder-coated. A low-quality street light pole will display an uneven surface, with bumps in the zinc layer, zinc lumps, and debris. The color of a low-quality street light pole may not match that of other poles, and touching it may result in color coming off, indicating uneven powder spraying.
Second, steel street light poles have both toughness and rigidity. When lightly tapped, they should not deform, confirming that they are indeed made of steel.
Third, quality street light poles are manufactured to the exact dimensions specified in the contract, without any discrepancies. In contrast, manufacturers that cut corners may produce poles that are slightly shorter or taller, resulting in mismatches with the light fixtures. This could lead to situations where the fittings do not align properly, either being too large or too small.
