3. Replace damaged light source equipment, cables, and check all fixed bolts for looseness, firmness, and reliability. Replace any severely rusted components as necessary.
4. The grounding protection device and lightning protection device of the led high pole lamp lighting equipment should be routinely checked before the rainy season every year, testing the grounding resistance. If the grounding resistance does not meet the required value (should be less than 10 Ω), it should be addressed promptly.
5. The AC contactors, thermal relays, limit switches, and control devices in the control circuit of the high pole lamp should be thoroughly inspected before operation. Any faulty electrical components should be replaced quickly, and operating with faulty equipment is strictly prohibited.
All inspection and maintenance records should be documented. After completing the maintenance work, the electrical parts of the high pole lighting facility and the lifting drive mechanism should be inspected again. Only after confirming everything is correct can the lamp panel be raised and hung to ensure responsible maintenance.
