LED new energy streetlights are basically found everywhere. As people gradually pay more attention to environmental protection, an increasing number of individuals are interested in LED new energy streetlights. How should effective installation be carried out?
(1) During the actual installation of LED new energy streetlights, open the packaging box of the solar battery components and check whether the solar battery components are damaged.
(2) Place all the protective plates of the solar battery components into the angle steel, and then position all the solar battery components onto the protective plates, ensuring that the wiring boxes of the solar panels are at a height. When all the solar battery components are laid flat, all wiring boxes should be oriented towards the nearest direction.
(3) The entire solar battery components should be connected according to the system voltage of the streetlight or the voltage of the solar battery components. For example, if the streetlight system voltage is 24 volts and the solar battery component voltage is 18 volts, these components should be connected in series. This means connecting the first and second components in series, and then connecting the solar battery components in parallel based on the existing method.
(4) Next, check the fixing condition. Before installation and after testing, the power line of the solar battery components should be effectively controlled, and the insulating tape layer should be properly wrapped.
(5) Effective installation must be carried out by fixing the solar battery components, and installation should be done for each different component. When installing, bolts should be installed from the outside in, followed by washers and then securing the nuts. During fastening, ensure that the bolt connections are secure.
